Denise is an award-winning marketing executive with over 20 years of experience leading
teams developing marketing strategies in branding, promotions, events, advertising, social
media and digital marketing, public relations, community relations, and consumer-driven
behaviors.

The past several years Denise Hart served as the CEO and Vice President of Marketing for both
the Tempe Chamber of Commerce and the Apache Junction Chamber and Visitor Center. Prior
to that she held top level marketing positions in the shopping center industry where she
oversaw the marketing efforts for retail destinations of varying size and scale in Arizona,
California, Hawaii, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, and Utah. She also worked for NIKE in their sports
marketing division.

Denise has been highly active with the International Council of Shopping Centers, through
which she received her CRX and CMD designations. She chaired a Convention & Visitors Bureau
Board of Directors and has served on advisory councils for several large corporations. She was
honored with Business Woman of the Year and has also earned a Maxi Gold Award for
Marketing Excellence.
